Gogolevskiy 11 awarded with “Clever”

Can’t believe it finally happened!

Gogolevsky 11 business center was awarded with the silver level certification after passing the assessment according to the “Clever” system. Workplacer team was appointed as the accredited consultant for the project. The facility was one of the first to be certified in 2025, and a total of 45 projects have been certified since certification launch in 2022-23. The project eaned its points primarily due to its commitment to the comfort and well-being of building users, the implementation of environmental policies, and the implementation of measures to promote biodiversity. Several habitats for birds have been created on the territory, and the lobby of the business center has a spacious recreation area.
